I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of your staff for their professionalism, in-depth knowledge of their field and their calming manner in answering all manner of questions, from, in my case, a fraught and desperate person trying to solve complex financial problems after the collapse of my business at the beginning of the depression in 2009.

My business became untenable when the brewery who leased the premises put up the rent to a ridiculous level, coinciding with the start of the national financial crisis.  Whilst desperately searching for a way to pay all our mounting debts, my wife found the FH Debt Solutions Ltd, whilst surfing the internet.

After reading your reviews we took the “plunge” and phoned your Helpline. That phone call quite literally saved my sanity.  My call was answered by a lady called Pearl and from the moment I began to explain my situation, the pertinent questions, the calming manner and constant reassurance that everything will be ok, instantly calmed me down and within a month we had a practicable repayment plan in place.

Not only had your Helpline given us peace of mind, but each and every member of your team that I have spoken to, became a source of calm, amid a plethora of threatening and bullying letters from my creditors.

I have been very successful with my claims to date which I made after contacting you for advice on how I could make a claim.

Your PPI walkthrough document was very helpful and I used the sample letters that you sent me to make my claims.

To date I have received just over £10,000 in repayments including interest going back quite a few years. You can imagine how pleased I was as this has helped with my debt problems and prioved that persisting with a claim does succeed.

I have not yet given up as I have two claims outstanding with one of the credit card "giants" and intend to make a further claim through the ombudsman.

Lovely to speak to you today.  Just wanting to send a quick email to let others know how lovely you all are and what a  fantastic job you all do.

I had financial problems a few years ago and had heard about FH Debt Solutions (previously Financial Help).  I rang one evening and spoke to Pearl she was so helpful and put my mind completely at rest that FH Debt Solutions would help me sort the mess out.

fh debt solutions recommended not to take me as a client because they really wanted to protect my best interest. Other companies had tried to get me into plans that would have made my life harder. We have just completed 5 years of our Individual Voluntary Arrangement. It was hard going but we got there.

We started in 2006 with the help of FH Debt Solutions. We found them after searching the Internet. The initial call was to Roy who explained that we needed to speak to Pearl to sort the "figures" out. "She's the one" he said. We arranged the interveiw date and time the following day with Scott, he said he would "get the coffee on !" We Knew then we had made the right decision and they were right people to speak too.

Having been a client of FH Debt Solutions now for several years, my wife and I thought that it was only appropriate that we made other people who may be facing a similar financial dilemma that we once found ourselves in prior to contacting this company.

Hi Pearl Julie and the rest of the team.

It is now eight since i hit my brick wall, built of debt, which I did not realise was so bad. It was not a problem until I was hit by the recession, then when the money stopped coming in, there it was. What would I do to sort this mess out, as I could not see a way clear at all.

The answer was right in front of me, my lap top computer. I set about searching the internet with the intention of looking for a debt management company, knowing for definite, that it was a waste of time.

How wrong can you be, as i logged on to the FH Debt Solutions and sent a message asking to be contacted and not believing it would happen. My phone rang two hours later and that was the first of many conversations, I had with Pearl and what a Pearl she turned out to be. Later Julie was on hand to assist as well and I know i frustrated her, many times, with my laid back attitude. I entered into an IVA not so long ago but it was the most difficult decision to make first of all accepting that you're in a no win situation with endless debt and secondly wanting to do something about it by trying to dig yourself out of a very big hole.

Viv was always there if i needed advice, she then put me in touch with Pearl who I can say is available practically 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I was in a situation that I could no longer control, I wasn't sleeping, and I felt sick and was continuously worried about how I was going to get myself out of a very difficult situation. With a young daughter to look after too i felt i was getting deeper and deeper into despair. Both Pearl and Viv helped me through it and i can safely say now that I can look forward to life with my daughter. We can now enjoy life, be happy and laugh - they always told me not to worry, which was something that given the situation i was in i was always worrying. Pearl once said to me that we should be able to live our lives and not live to work, this is such a true statement and one i will remember for a very long time. Their words of wisdom and advice are very strong and they listen to you, they will not shout you down, they will discuss the best way forward taking into account all of your circumstances. This really does make the FH Debt Solutions what it is today. I have called FH many times, it doesn't matter who I've spoken to, I have never been made to feel worthless but someone looking for a solution.

I am writing this letter to thank you and your colleagues for helping me to deal with my debt problems, and by way of recommendation to others, who may find themselves in a similar predicament. Debt can feel like a huge black cloud on your life...it tinges your every waking hour with worry.

Facing up to debt is possibly one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, so the prospect of telling a complete stranger was even more daunting. Having first spoken to various companies, I was becoming more upset and desperate at the "call centre" style staff, apparently reading from cue-cards in patronising and in some cases, disinterested tones, explaining their procedures and paperwork. FH Debt Solutions stood out immediately, and from the minute I started to discuss the scope of my problem, I was at ease and reassured by the very human and sympathetic person at the end of the phone. Far from feeling isolated and judged. I was gently taken through the process which could put me on my way to financial recovery, and started to feel immediately lifted.

After a full financial review, a suitable solution was agreed and letters sent to all creditors concerned. There was a slightly upsetting interim period, during which I received phone calls and threatening letters from some creditors. Many were very sympathetic to my plight, and commended me on having the courage to deal with the problem. However, there were some unnecessarily aggressive calls. Whilst these were unnerving, I was able to talk them over with FH Debt Solutions, who once again provided sound advice on how to deal with them, and in some cases contacted the creditors directly for me.

There is still a long way to go before I am debt free, but FH Debt Solutions has smoothed the paths for me and literally enabled me to sleep soundly at night, in the full knowledge that their support and expertise is on my side, helping me get 'back on track' They are on-call for me when I need them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself and my husband just wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you for helping us getting our lives back together. Unfortunately we, like many other people got ourselves in to a lot of debt through one thing and another (Going to work part time after our child was born, and over spending and generally just trying to keep afloat).

After massive discussion, myself and my husband decided that there was really no other direction to take, we had tried all the others, consolidation loans, paying credit card payment with money withdrawn from the credit cards, and re-mortgaging. Nothing seemed to help; we were at our lowest point. I was searching the web for some help and advice and came across your website and decided to give you a call. That call was the best move we ever made. Fortunately I got put through to a lovely lady called Pearl, who straight away put our mind at ease and told me that no matter what happened that she would be able to help. She said that there would be another option if our IVA application wasn't successful, which helped immensely, as i knew someone was going to help us.

Pearl was very honest with me, she told me exactly what was going to happen (good and bad), when the call centres rang, and what to say to who and when.

Although it was a tough process, Pearl (or one of her colleagues), were always available to call and ask for any advice, if i couldn't speak to Pearl, she would ALWAYS call me back.

I cannot speak highly enough of Pearl; she was like our guardian angel, guiding us all the way. We were successful in obtaining an IVA; we can now sleep at nights, and will never get into such a mess again.

May I thank the FH Debt Solutions for your advice and help and I know I have made a complete mess of things and I still cannot believe how bad I have made things.

A few months ago I rang the FH Debt Solutions for advice as we were severely in debt and at an extremely low point in our lives. I rang on the Friday and you rang me back on the Sunday on your day off and talked to me for 3 hours giving me sound, reassuring advice on how to deal with our issues. I must admit that I was a little bit sceptical that someone would be willing to advise me for free without any alternative motive, but I was wrong you just genuinely are a kind person. You gave me your mobile number and told me if I needed you, to ring you anytime, something you stuck by as I rang you on several occasions. At the time we were unable to afford an IVA but when we were, you passed us on to Matthew who has worked extremely hard for us and I am happy to say we are now in an IVA.

I would just like to thank you for your consistent reassurance and allowing us a second chance at life, it may sound dramatic but its true.
